What’s happening so far?
Drewlo Holdings Inc. (land developer) is planning to develop the following at 1454 Fanshawe Park Road East (behind Johnny’s Restaurant):
- A subdivision consisting of three (3) medium and high-density residential blocks
- A mixed-use/commercial block
- Zoning to permit 5-15 storey apartments, and townhouses with up to 1,564 units
All of which will be serviced by two (2) public streets, including the extension of Pennyroyal Street.
The Public Participation Meeting for Blocks 1, 3, and 4 (aka File Number OZ-26056) was cancelled but will be rescheduled, and “residents will receive notice of the new date and time.”

MTE Consultants Inc. (MTE) was retained by Drewlo Holdings Inc. to provide this Preliminary
Functional Servicing Report to support the Draft Plan and Zoning By-law Amendment for the
proposed subdivision development to be constructed at 1454 Fanshawe Park Road East in the
City of London, County of Middlesex.
September 2025 – Transportation Impact Assessment
