Ben Durham
This is a centralized place for you to find most of the things I’ve made and done.
Creator. Storyteller. Micromobility rebel.
From wallets to wheels, I’m a relentlessly curious storyteller, creator, and quickly turning into an investigative journalist. The topics that I keep coming back to are micromobility, accessibility, showing people how much fun it is to get around outside of a car, and understanding finances.

The main Ben Durham YouTube channel is where you can most of my biggest hits, which you’re probably familiar with.

I host Wheels and Beyond, a mostly weekly podcast about active transportation, micromobility, and getting around outside personal vehicles.

This is a new thing, so it doesn’t exist yet. At the end of every month, I’ll be posting a newsletter with anything I’ve made during the month and a load of other interesting things I’ve found around the internet. Blog posts will be posted irregularly.
How to support me
Becoming a paid Patreon member is the best way to support me financially right now, aside from sharing my YouTube videos with your friends, family, and network who you think will benefit by watching them.
Do you have an insider tip or unique information on a story? Or a suggestion for a story I might be interested in covering? Maybe a potential podcast guest? Someone who can help me with script writing or research? Let me know via email 🙂
Where to reach me
Whenever I share something with the world, I try to post to all socials, because everyone has their own preference. But because each platform has its own specific specifications (ratios, resolutions, lengths, captions, tags, captions, etc), that’s irregular. If you want to know what I’m up to, my monthly newsletter will be the best way to stay in the know.
If you’d like to contact me directly, email is always the best way.
My official social accounts
The following are all my social accounts, listed in order of relevance and activity for me. A big problem that I have with social media is that I jump on to post my own content and then quickly jump off, so that I don’t waste my time. I know, it’s entirely hypocritical of me, but the majority of these sites (excluding Patreon) are designed to suck up all of your free time.
- Patreon (updated the most, seeing as I can post whatever and however I want to)
- Reddit (I’m on here commenting and posting often—TOO OFTEN, tbh)
- Instagram (this is where my local London, Ontario community is gathers)
- YouTube community (I post here in case the almighty YT algo doesn’t show my videos to subscribers)
Other social accounts
- Threads (don’t spend enough time on here to generate a following but still post)
- Bluesky (has a lot of potential but I don’t spend any time on here)
- TikTok (a few big hits but it’s an unsustainable platform for Canadians – I just post ‘n’ dip)
- Facebook (quite inactive, basically dead engagement)
- Xitter (listed for verification reasons)
If there’s an account claiming to be me on any of these platforms, and it’s not linked from here, it’s very likely to be an impersonation. I’d appreciate it if you let me know about it, too!
