Contribution Eligibility & Legal Declaration

By clicking the “Make Your Donation” button below, I certify that the following statements are true and accurate:

Individual Residency: I am an individual who is normally a resident of Ontario.
Personal Funds: This contribution is made from my own personal funds and will not be reimbursed by any other person or entity.
Prohibited Entities: I am not a corporation, trade union, or registered charity, as these entities are prohibited from contributing to municipal candidates in Ontario.
Contribution Limits: My total contributions to this candidate (including the value of any goods or services) do not exceed $1,200 for the 2026 election cycle.
Jurisdictional Limit: My total contributions to all candidates running for the same council or school board in this municipality do not exceed $5,000.
Public Disclosure: I understand that if my total contribution(s) exceed $100, my name and address will be recorded in the candidate’s financial statement, which is a public document.
No Tax Credit: I acknowledge that contributions to municipal candidates are not deductible for federal or provincial income tax purposes.
