In this episode…
In this third episode of the Benanda podcast, my friend Elissa and I catch up for the first time since I left my hometown (Aylmer, Quebec) in 2006. That’s nearly 14 years! As you can imagine, it’s like learning everything about a new person after that amount of time! So that’s what we do in this recording: learn all about Elissa!
“Are we there yet?” Disclaimer
This is a really long episode. 1 hour and 48 minutes long. So long that I’ve decided to put a cap on future podcast recordings because it was a bitch to edit! Not only that, I doubt anyone will listen until the end because we start rambling about other things as our energy dwindles. Even though it was long, we still didn’t even cover everything about Elissa. So we’ll need another podcast session anyway!
Here’s the podcast…
Podcast lessons learned
I started this episode with a “Coming up…” segment just to get people into it because of the slow natural start. I also got a good reception from doing the “introduction” segment on other recordings, so I think I’ll be doing that from now on. Just so people aren’t lost.
Making the podcast shorter will also allow me to find time to actually mark down the timestamps for viewers/listeners as well. With this much content, it’s hard to break the podcast down into segments. Anyway,

With all of that said, I hope you enjoy watching, listening, and learning random stuff with Elissa and I! She’s a sparkplug that has endless energy… well actually, not really. We cover some health problems in this episode and I can’t help but make light of them – as per usual!
